As a Brand Manager at Tobii Dynavox your mission is to take our brand to the next level!
In this role you will lead a dedicated and experienced international team of designers and copywriters in US and Europe in shaping a brand that changes people's lives.
Working out of our headquarters in Danderyd, Sweden, you will report to the VP of Global Marketing. You will be a member of the Marketing Management Team and work in close collaboration with R&D, Product Management and Global Sales.
The role and responsibilities
In this role your days will be filled with:
Leading, coaching and developing a team of six people
Develop the Tobii Dynavox brand?through various expressions and channels
Re-enforce the brand identity across all communication channels?
Provide hands-on creative direction when needed.??
Interface with key stakeholders from R&D, Product Management and Sales
Part of your team is based in the US and travelling at regular intervals is part of the role.
We are looking for someone who has
The right person knows their brand management and has a passion for leadership. You have:
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Arts or equivalent
• 7 years experience from brand & concept development, art direction and/or copywriting
3+ years experience from leading and coaching creative teams
A deep understanding and experience with digital marketing.
A very strong command of the English language, being a native English speaker is meriting.
To be successful in this role and at Tobii you need to have the ability to act as a leader in a fast-paced work setting, with seniority and professionalism according to the Tobii values.
You are a true team player which relys on flexiblity and service, orientation and you have a "roll up your sleeves and just do it" attitude.
We use agile ways of working so experience from working with SCRUM will earn you extra credit.
