hela Sverige The BPA Manager will work in Oncology Finance team which covers the Nordic Cluster, consisting of 4 legal entities Denmark (including Iceland), Finland, Norway and Sweden, organized in a Nordic franchise structure. The role is based in Stockholm / Kista.
The role covers the full cluster and some travelling is needed to provide face time with the customers. There is a high level of interaction with associates
across functions and countries and good communication skills are essential. The Business Partner is responsible for managing the process
of sales and profit targets achievement by creating transparency / risk assessment, ensuring no surprises, under his/her area of responsibility. The role organizes the Planning, Control and Deviation
Analysis process across the relevant business functions.
Major Accountabilities
Tracking of Key Performance Indicators/early warning systems to track
and manage performance against target at different levels of
responsibility within the relevant franchise and functions.
• Planning, controlling and financial business partnering of all M&S
activities.
• Timely identification of opportunities and risks to ensure corrective
actions can be taken as needed and as early as possible.
• Ensures P&L optimization by brand (optimize resource allocation).
Education:
University degree (Bachelor's or above) in the field of economics,
accounting or Business administration
Languages:
English (Fluent)
One Nordic language is a plus
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience on finance and /or accounting (preferable in pharmaceutical industry) .
• Experience designing and operating financial reporting and forecasting systems.
• Excellent analytical ability combined with broad picture perspective.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to clearly present financial data in reports distributed.
• Good inter-personal skills.
• Solid Software skills (Microsoft office, in particular Excel).
• Experience with ERP system (SAP, Local BPC, IBI)
