hela Sverige Bru is Japanese for 'bowl' which is a keystone for us - since all food is served in a bowl. Bru is a chef-driven lifestyle bowl bar based in Malmö. We create fresh, flavorful sushi based chirashi/don/poké inspired bowls, served in a fast-casual setting where quality is core and food always made from soul to bowl.
We are all about the food and we strive for well balanced and rich flavors and textures. We keep quality as core and planning and preparation as key to serve well-cooked food prepared from scratch at a fair cost and with a short delivery time to be a sustainable option for lunch and dinner in a everyday life. We don't make fast food we make good food as fast as we can.
It's a stressful, demanding job that requires a lot of energy, a positive mindset and attention to details to achieve the goal of serving as good food as possibowl in a fast pace and to have fun doing it. Good food, happy guest and a great team is our job satisfaction.
As a bowl maker you'll work all around - preparing the food, stocking supplies, dishwashing, cleaning and front house work of handlingen the cash register, greeting guests by presenting the menu and helping out selecting food/beverages as well as making the food to order with the best effort to provide an enjoyable dining experience with quality food and customer service.
We are looking for 2-3 Bowl Makers, one of the positions will have more focus on preparation of the food where knife skills, experience of fish filleting, knowledge of quality control and cleanliness standards would be an asset.
But for all positions you'll be provided with training materials and trained on-site so your willingness, attitude and passion is more important than your work experiences and skills.
