BU Commodities within Customer and Solutions region Nordic supports Business- and Consumer Sales with ownership of a legally- and regulatory compliant, sustainable and value-adding product- and service portfolio. Contributes to gross margin optimization by managing the pricing strategy and framework as well as hedging strategies and execution of financial sourcing. Manages risks associated with electricity sales and handle the physical power purchase and balance management.

What we do
You will be part of the Power Management team, which has the responsibility to source the electricity that will be used by our customers in the Nordics. This also includes the balancing services and taking the customer flexibility to the market. It is a tight team of eight colleagues that report to the Head of Power Management.

What you will do
In your role as Business Intelligence Analyst you will mainly work with the development of our systems and tools as well as our product and service portfolio with main focus on the customer consumption flexibility and optimization but also for the physical electricity sourcing. You will be responsible of developing and automate the invoicing processes, developing and improving customer reports and on longer term grow in to the role of power trading for Day ahead and flexibility market with support from senior colleagues.
Typical tasks or projects will be to continuously work with operational tasks as invoicing, BI-reports, follow-up, both internally and in customer meetings. Continuously development and improvement of processes and tools, with focus on automatization and digitalization. You will be working close to the sales organization learning about the business and translate the business needs into specification, development and improvement of our systems.
Qualifications
In order to be successful as a BI Analyst we highly value your personal qualities, and believe you are driven by new challenges and an eagerness to learn. It is meritorious that you have hands-on experience from system/data management, preferably from the energy or finance sector. Experience from project management and sales is also a plus.
Qualifications
Relevant technical university degree or equivalent education.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Work-life experience from the energy market, analytics, data management and/or programming.
As a person you are curious and an analytical problem solver and able to work with mathematical models (or comfortable learning to do so). At the same time, you are flexible and willing to work on more straightforward tasks, if this is what is needed to support the business.
You are outgoing, take initiatives, strive for results and have a willingness to interact directly with customers or external partners. You are enthusiastic about working close with other members of the team - sharing ideas and developing models together. You have the ability to plan and work in a structured way and you are known for a prompt and excellent delivery of even the most complex issues.
