What you'll be up to:
We are on the road again. This time trying to find an extra smooth way for our users while they are discovering the fantastic world of Blocket. Our mission is to make it easy-peasy for people to buy second hand products by providing a smooth and optimized search experience that helps users to find and evaluate all the treasures they are looking for.
Enjoying the ride on this road is easy. And being on it is both fun and rewarding, fantastic some might say. We are now looking for more people to join team Discovery and Blocket, where you can make an impact with your code for millions of users and contribute to a more sustainable future during your working hours. Pretty great, right?
So, if you're up to help us to make sure the users can just sit back and relax while enjoying the fantastic search experience, as well as building some smarter code, we would love to hear from you.
Who you are
We believe you are a backend developer with a few years hands-on experience of backend development working in a team. You are able to independently lead the development of new features, and enjoy discussing and debating code and solutions with your peers. You like sharing your knowledge with your cross functional team and also more junior developers and above all, you are curious and continuously strive to learn new things. We are often working in pairs so collaboration is another key.
