As part of Waltero's continued growth and international expansion, they are looking to hire a Growth Manager - a position currently held by a consultant. The Growth Manager will be responsible for a wide range of initiatives that drive Waltero's digital marketing and technology strategies forward. From planning to implementation, this role offers end-to-end ownership of impactful growth objectives. The position calls for a self-starter comfortable with managing both strategy and execution, working across SEO, website optimization, CRM, marketing automation, AI tools and more.
The role will be working as a right hand to VP Sales and Marketing across the entire marketing and sales funnel - all the way from making potential clients/customers aware of Waltero's business, generating relevant leads and optimizing the sales process.
The Growth Manager will collaborate closely with all departments and functions in the company, especially B2B sales.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, tech-savvy professional with a proven track record in driving digital growth initiatives. This person is a proactive self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to take ownership of initiatives across SEO, SEM, website optimization, CRM, and marketing automation. You are both analytically minded and creatively driven, balancing data-driven insights with innovative strategies to optimize campaigns and scale Waltero's brand presence effectively.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• SEO: Enhancing search engine visibility through technical optimization, AI assisted content creation and link building strategies
• SEM: Managing paid search campaigns to drive qualified traffic
• Website Optimization: Analyzing and refining the website to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion rates
• CRM Tooling: Managing and optimizing CRM systems for effective data capture and supporting customer acquisition and retention
• Marketing Automation: Overseeing marketing automation strategies, using tools to streamline and scale campaigns
• LinkedIn Advertising: Developing LinkedIn advertising strategies to engage the target audience effectively
• Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Implementing ABM strategies to reach and personalize engagement with high-value accounts
• Marketing Technology Stack: Managing and optimizing the marketing tech stack, integrating new tools to support scalable growth
• Analyze data using analytics tools: Provide insights and analysis, run A/B tests

The Candidate
You probably have the following background/profile:
Major professional experiences & competencies * Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance marketing and conversion optimization
• Hands on experience in setting up and marketing automations by combining different tools to create intelligent processes
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital advertising (especially LinkedIn Ads)
• Hands-on experience with website management and conversion optimization
• Knowing how to translate data into insight and user behavior and transform that into plans that increase the growth across digital channels and regions
• Fluent in data analysis and data processing tools like analytics tools, data visualization tools, A/B testing tools, Excel etc.
• Experimental at heart, a good Growth Manager pilots ideas quickly, embraces failures and uses the results to draw actionable conclusions
• Strong communication and presentation skills and used to collaborate and navigate among different stakeholders, both internally and externally
• A B2B marketing generalist experience covering both brand and communication, performance and growth, content, product marketing, media and PR is strongly meriting
• Previous experience from a marketing position within a growth/expansion phase is advantageous
Education and specific skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, SEO/SEM tools, and CRM systems
• Strong analytical abilities, with experience in using data to develop insights and recommendations
• Technical skills in website management, marketing automation, and campaign tracking are beneficial
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is meriting but not mandatory

• Good reasoning abilities: Sound judgment. Good business understanding and acumen

Mastered tools
• LinkedIn automation: e.g. Expandi.io, Dripify, and similar
• SEO tools: ahrefs, Semrush, moz, SurferSEO, Google Search Console and similar * LinkedIn Campaigns Manager
• AB-testing: Optimizely, Optimonk, Unbounce or similar
• Automation tools: Zapier, Integrately or API:s.
• Data Analytics: Google Analytics, Excel, LookerStudio, MixPanel
