For the right candidate, this role will provide scope for personal and professional development in the Sales field where you will continue to develop your skills and knowledge. We are looking for a candidate who really understands what 'delighting' the customer means in this highly competitive market.
Responsible for building a customer base for repeat business in the sales territory of Sweden
Manage and negotiate orders, following up on estimates and ongoing opportunities
An understanding of competitive market conditions in the territory and in the Country overall
Build new relationships with key contacts in the region
Nurturing existing relationships by updating on improved features and benefits of our products and services
Ensure the store is suitably presentable, orderly and stocked with products and general office supplies
Assist in taking orders directly from customers visiting the store and by telephone
Booking in store stock including dealing with returns
Answering cases that have been assigned
Continually seek out new ideas and process improvement opportunities.
Supporting B2B sales team when necessary
