The team, position & mission:
Public Cloud Enablement & CSP is committed to automating and streamlining the reselling process, providing a seamless experience for our clients. We enable delivery of public cloud services through well-defined landing zone templates and integrations by developing modern, automated solutions for reselling capacity, and services from hyperscalers. We aim to optimize infrastructure, drive innovation, and ensure our organization remains agile in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. We are the internal enablers at Orange Business, supporting the teams that are the front faces with customer, i.e. Public Cloud Delivery team, Service Delivery teams having cloud customers and Public Cloud Practice Leads.
As a core team, we are responsible for managing and optimizing partner portals, ensuring seamless integration with various platforms, and driving automation across the entire Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) business. Every aspect of the CSP operation flows through us, and we focus on automating and standardizing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and improve overall service delivery.

The Cloud Engineer (Microsoft CSP, Automation, and Development) is responsible for managing and optimizing our Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) business, ensuring operational efficiency and driving automation. This role is crucial for supporting the public cloud expansion efforts of Orange Business by managing partner portals, maintaining security, and implementing automation to enhance productivity.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the CSP infrastructure, including customer onboarding/offboarding, subscriptions, reserved instances and licenses, runs smoothly. The Cloud Engineer will oversee the security and identity access management (IAM) for shared CSP tenants and ensure that access controls, management group structures, and other governance protocols are in place.
Your key areas of responsibility as Cloud Engineer:
Build, develop, and maintain the CSP/resell platform.
Handle customer onboarding and offboarding processes.
Manage subscriptions, reserved instances, and licenses within the CSP environment.
Oversee security protocols, including identity access management (IAM) for shared CSP tenants.
Manage access to customer tenants, ensuring compliance with security standards.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to streamline operations.
Build custom solutions to enhance cloud operations and integrate with internal systems.
Identify areas for automation and standardization to improve operational efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and best practices to enhance the team's capabilities.

As an ideal candidate you have:
At least 3 years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on Microsoft CSP and Azure services.
Proven track record in developing and maintaining cloud solutions.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
Strong experience in automation and streamlining cloud operations.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and innovation.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and agile methodologies.

We are currently looking for two profiles, one mid-level and one senior, where the senior profile should have minimum 5 years of experience in cloud engineering.
It is not a requirement, but other preferred qualifications would be:
Communication skills in Norwegian/Swedish
Experience with additional cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Certification in Microsoft Azure or related cloud technologies.
