hela Sverige We are looking for a flexible and forward-thinking Automation and AI Engineer to join our core automation team. About the role
In this role, you'll support teams across the business with smart, scalable, and impactful solutions. You'll work in a fast-paced, creative environment where curiosity, adaptability, and collaboration are key.
Design, build, and maintain automation and AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Evaluate and integrate third-party tools where applicable, balancing custom development with strategic use of external technologies.
Ensure all solutions are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable value through clear KPIs.
Continuously explore new technologies and industry trends to keep our solutions ahead of the curve.
Contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture, participating in peer reviews and cross-team learning.
Who you are We belive that you have:
A strong foundation in automation tools, scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell), and AI frameworks or platforms.
Experience working with data and analytical tools to inform decisions and drive improvements.
Creative problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills - you enjoy working with others in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple initiatives with a focus on impact and value delivery.
Nice to Have
Experience with Azure cloud platform.
Exposure AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services).
Understanding of business process mapping and optimization techniques.
