hela Sverige Right now, we are looking for an Integration Program Manager for the IS/IT Governance team within the business area Mining and Rock Excavation Technique (BA MR) at Atlas Copco.
Our business area MR has a distributed landscape of business applications. The need for integration and information sharing between multiple systems is an absolute need.
Job description and mission:
You will manage and coordinate all tasks related to BA MR interfaces and system adaptations required in current application portfolio and for any EAI related project.
As a member of the MR IS/IT Governance team, you will cover the EDI/EAI competence:
• Take the lead in the standardization of our existing and future integration layer/interfaces in cooperation with Business Services EAI team, external partners and dedicated project members.
• Facilitate business flow discussions from an EAI perspective and work together with both business and IT technical people, internally as well as externally.
• Translate the business specifications into functional specifications.
• Support business teams to define the interfacing requirements.
• Translate the functional specifications in technical specifications.
Main responsibilities:
• Responsible to create and maintain integration roadmap, strategies and policies.
• Responsible for our current integration portfolio, including monitoring, and all ongoing and future IT integration projects.
• Responsible to create and maintain documentation of our integration landscape.
• Create API rules and guidelines/polices for our applications and platforms.
• Start up and drive the integration user network.
• Support application integration specialists.
• Always have security in mind so that we handle our information in a correct and secure way in close collaboration with our Information and Business Intelligence (BI) Manager and Security Officer.

Sweden, Örebro, Fagersta or Stockholm.
Additional information:
This position will report to the MR Vice President IS/IT.
Travel will be required: maximum 15%, except travels in Sweden.
If the candidate is not based in Örebro, then travel to Örebro 1-2 days per week will be needed.

Educational requirements and experience:
• University degree, preferably in Engineering or Information Systems, or equivalent competence gained through work experience.
• Knowledge and experience of EAI tools and platforms is a must.
• Understanding of technical integration technologies such as API operations and XML and JSON concepts, as well as other web and database technologies.
• Knowledge and experience of standard IT processes and methodologies (i.e. ITIL and PMI) is an advantage.
• As a minimum you have five years of relevant work experience.
• Your written and oral English skills are fluent.
