KPMG Corporate Finance, a leading provider of M&A and Valuation Services in Sweden and globally, is currently looking for new joiners to start in August 2019.
KPMG Corporate Finance, part of KPMG Deal Advisory, employs approximately 2,500 professionals globally and complete approximately 400 deals annually from more than 160 offices in 82 countries around the world. Our scale, reach and local knowledge are focused on supporting our clients to solve some of their most complex challenges in a deal environment. Our customers primarily include corporates, private equity funds as well as governmental entities.
What do we offer?
As an Associate at KPMG Corporate Finance you will be facing clients from day one and be given resources to foster personal and professional development. You will work with M&A and Valuation Services in a multitude of industries. In addition, you will have a unique opportunity to work together with other specialists within KPMG providing advice on transactions in the global marketplace.
M&A - Advising our clients on mergers and acquisitions throughout the buy-side and sell-side process
Valuation Services - Valuation of companies and assets in the transaction environment
The candidate will work closely with senior professionals, participating in analysis, company valuation and M&A deal execution. The role will be focused on research and financial analysis and modeling as well preparing pitch books, reports, management presentations, board materials, memorandums, and other presentation materials used in M&A and valuation engagements as well as for strategic client dialogue. In addition, you will be assigned a Performance Manager to support you throughout your career and personal development within KPMG. The positions will be based in our new office in the city center of Stockholm.
Who we are looking for?

We are looking for highly motivated team players that have great interpersonal and collaborative abilities. A successful candidate should demonstrate the following qualifications:
• Graduates with an academic background and strong track record in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering.
• Previous work experience or extracurricular activities such as internships, part-time jobs or engagements in students associations.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a multitude of projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
• Pay attention to detail and have exceptional analytical, organizational and communicational skills, in Swedish as well as English.
• As Excel and PowerPoint are the most used tools in our daily work, you should be comfortable working in these programs.
• We are also interested in candidates with 1-3 years' experience, preferably from Corporate finance, Private Equity, Corporate M&A or Transaction Services is an advantage, however, not a requirement.
