Job Summary
We are now searching for an Associate Product Manager to join us in Tetra Recart!
Tetra Recart is the first retortable carton package designed for products traditionally filled in cans or glass jars. We are in a strong growth phase and want to transform the food industry. With us at Tetra Recart you will be part of an established company, working with a business with huge potential, together with an engaged and innovative team. Join us and work with canned food, two centuries smarter.
The position is permanent, it can be based in Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy. The position will require up to 25% travelling.
What you will do
You will belong to the Product Management Team with the main responsibility being to manage the product portfolio in a profitable and sustainable way, from cradle to grave. Our work is done in close cooperation with many other functions in the organisation, specifically the market companies around the globe.
Your main tasks:
Manage a range of Tetra Recart products including life cycle, quality and performance.
Be the expert of your products and be ready to answer questions from colleagues & markets.
Deliver on product manager tasks in small/medium sized development projects together with the development organisation and secure the solutions are delivered to market on time and according to strategic ambition.
Engage with markets to collect customer needs, secure product deployment and collect product feedback.
Build value proposition and effective product communications material together with Communications team.
Drive pre-studies based on business needs to build fact base for priority decision.
Participate in development and execution of strategy for the Tetra Recart solutions including strategic pricing, product positioning, profitability and competitiveness.
Integrate customers viewpoint through customer-facing activities: customer visits and presentations, events, workshops.
Who you are
We believe that you are an energetic person who has a passion for food, business growth and sustainable consumer and industry solutions.
Educational background: Master's degree in business management, marketing, engineering, or other relevant area.
Experience from a customer facing role and/or experience from working with Product Management.
Have a high interest in business context and understanding, with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to understand technical complex product/solutions.
Can easily build relations to leverage on competence in the organization and manage stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentations skills.
Enjoy working in a team and have cooperative talent, spiced up with curiosity.
Have the ambition to grow in the position and be able to take on more senior roles in your career at Tetra Pak.
Fluent English, both verbal and in writing.
