We are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager.
As Area Sales Manager at Volvo Car Sweden you are responsible for and support Volvo dealers in your region so that they have the right conditions for selling Volvo cars as well as you play an important role in ensuring that our Volvo dealers live up to our demands on high level of customer satisfaction.
Our department is a part of the Sales Operations function. We are a high performing team that consist of 5 employees and you will report to Manager Sales.
Main responsibilities
* Lead and develop the business area within your region, both operational and strategic in terms of sales of Volvo cars
* Drive and create conditions for our dealers to reach at least 100 % of both sales and order targets
* Lead and drive Volvo dealers in your region in the following areas;
+ Customer satisfaction
+ Profitability
+ Campaigns
* You are Volvo Car Sweden's spokesman in your region and have an important mission to convey ideas and thoughts from the Volvo dealers back to us
* You are responsible for driving car sales issues in close cooperation with the corresponding role within Service Market
The position requires frequent travelling throughout the year. As Area Sales Manager you are expected regularly visits to all Volvo dealers within your region.
Required qualification
* University degree in academic qualification or equivalent experience within sales
* Fluent in Swedish and English, oral and written
Meritorious
* Degree within leadership or a few years' managerial experience
