PRESENTATION
Our costumer is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and has currently a total of employees 30 located in Norway, Denmark and Sweden.
This is a position for the company's development of the south most sales region in Sweden. This position will be responsible for reaching the planned growth figures and the future potential growth in the specific sales area as well as the full coverage of the existing customer base of today.

• ensure the needed support to the Swedish organisation in order to increase revenues and profitability.
• works in team close with the other Area Sales Managers, the OEM/VAR Business Development Manager and the SI Manager
• actively drive the growth of the specified areas market from today?s levels.
ErfarenhetJob Requirements:
• automation and/or IT background
• experience of software sales (min 3 years)
• a good understanding for the sales/decision processes in complex industrial sales
• fluent in English ? in writing as well as verbally
• computer literate (as user): Medium to high level within: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
• computer/IT knowledge: Databases, Internet, communications, infrastructure
• available to travel 50-60 nights out per year.
• resident in Malmö-Helsingborg area preferable for close co-operation with the sales management. You could also live in Copenhagen.
You enjoy working hard, are action oriented and full of energy for the things you see as challenging. You are a quick learner, open to change and analyses both successes and failures for clues to improvement. You can be counted on to exceed goals successfully and are constantly and consistently on the top of performers.
