Imagine an organization where nobody is willing to change. Everyone is stuck in their old ways nurturing a fixed mindset, because "the old ways are the best ways", and therefore the business and the people never develop.

Does it make you feel uneasy?

It sure makes us feel uneasy, because at Webhelp, we are passionate about growth and continuously changing our organization for the better!

If the above scenario makes you feel "icky", this may be just the right position for you. In in this role, you'll get the chance to work with several stakeholders within the organization and ensure that we develop our business and handle potential development through high productivity, service and quality compared to others in the industry.

As Change Manager, you'll be working independently and in a fast-paced environment, where you will often work on demand for fast delivery and high quality, and you'll be doing this from the Nordic Support Performance Excellence Support team (NPES). You will learn a lot from your colleagues who are experts in the respective fields, such as Project Management, Change Management, Process Development and Deployment, Information Management, Reporting and Business Intelligence. The team is managed by Webhelp Nordics' COO Arvid Svensk, but on a day-to-day basis you'll be reporting to the Operational Change and Improvement Manager, Fredrik Granberg.

Essentially, you'll be setting the bar for how the organization leads and manages changes, and how well-oiled the improvement and implementation machine is when it comes to new processes and procedures. Your journey with us will entail strengthening the relationship with our assignments/clients to develop and share best case practices in terms of workflow and supporting tools, along with designing, developing and implementing changes.

In this job you'll be a success when you within the first 12 months have...
Created a collaborative culture within the organization, where accounts and support units are embracing new initiatives that will improve the way we do business. Lead and created changes, improvements and/or implementation of new procedures and/or processes within the organization through strong partnerships with relevant stakeholders. Established 100% control over the change management machinery through regular reviews and analysis of new initiatives. Performed analysis on various business areas to identify causes of issues, developed solutions and managed implementation of solutions together with stakeholders throughout the organization.

Depending on your operational and strategic abilities you'll be a huge success after 18-24 months, when you...
Are contributing to the organization with a value-adding change management function and take part in strategic discussions.

Your inputs are well-received by management, as you've secured understanding and accept of what you've communicated throughout the past many months. Have secured all relevant stakeholders are on board with new initiatives, and that everyone has the motivation to contribute to new changes within the organization.

If you think the above is interesting, you're probably...

• coming from a background in change management, or maybe you've recently graduated, but have a keen interest and passion for change management, or you've built your own way towards being an outstanding change manager. You're confident in your analytical skills, because you excel in data analytics, and you have experience with driving organizational improvements. You have a great ability to identify and work with different stakeholders within the business, and you're using your outstanding communication skills to motivate and manage stakeholder commitment and engagement to ensure optimal organizational change and improvement.
