You will be working by yourself in Sweden and reporting to the responsible Export Manager located in Maastricht. The Architectural Sales Representative is responsible for the commercial interests for Royal Mosa in the appointed region-Stockholm with surroundings.
Job description
Your main task is to build strong business relationships with specifiers by providing an excellent personal service and becoming a preferred supplier. This will involve making the initial contact and visits to present the company?s portfolio, to liaise with contractors on site and to deal with technical issues and complaints. You will be responsible for the commercial interests for Royal Mosa in Sweden. The main objective is to sell the company?s products by securing specifications from architects, designers and other specifiers. This in the light of developing the company?s image as a brand leader of premium design and quality led architectural ceramics.
The job requires, in heavy populated areas, walking and carrying brief cases, presentation kits, samples, catalogues etc. and can be physically demanding.
Job responsibilities
Meet annual sales targets for volume value and average price
Promote products to architects and designers from exhibition or advertisement leads
Keep in close contact with local Sales Manager and Mosa's internal sales departments. This includes also controlling and updating an accurate project registration system c.q. architect database.
Deal with and if appropriate settle complaints
Participation in local exhibitions where Royal Mosa is represented
Factory visits with customers and when required with Mosa colleagues in Maastricht
Answering any questions from customers or consumers regarding any aspect of Mosa's products
Your qualifications
You must have past and proven sales experience in the building or building related industries. Experience of selling to specifiers is not essential but knowledge on how the building industry works is beneficial.
A broad understanding and appreciation of the "Built Environment" would be beneficial in helping to build strong personal and business relationships
Personal qualities/ competencies
Excellent at building strong business relationships with specifiers
Native speaker (Swedish)) with fluency in English in both spoken and written
You can relate to the Mosa style, which is based on informality, openness and individuals taking responsibility to achieve the set targets in a supportive team based environment
Having good communication skills, to take initiatives and be capable of working both individually and in a team
