As an ICC Application Technician, you'll be a part of a technical team and together you're responsible for the overall IT operation, support and maintenance of H&M's file transfer platforms and integrations. Your main responsibilities will be the daily operation and support of the file transfer application and all-around settings.
You will implement new file flows, monitor, support, upgrade the platform and the integrations, work with troubleshooting and incident handling.
Along with your team you'll constantly work on improving and maintaining high quality operational delivery of our high priority systems. Your responsibilities
The job as an ICC Application Technician at H&M IT comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Work with application operation on existing mission-critical systems in a complex and distributed enterprise environment with high availability requirements
• System administration, development of integrations and application operation
• Work in close collaboration with our suppliers/vendors
• Deployments of releases and prod fixes in the production platforms
• Work in the 2:nd line support according to the incident and problem process
• Create, update and verify documentation regarding; operational routines, knowledge base, processes and monitoring
• Planned work e.g. early life support, extra support as well as supporting business at specific occasions with manual monitoring and check integrations
• On-call work outside office hours is included in the role.

And your skills include:
• At least 3 years of experience of working with application operation of business critical and complex systems
• Skills and experience in Microsoft Windows Server platform including Microsoft Clustering Service
• Skills and experience in network/communication in a Microsoft environment, FTP, Active Directory (AD) and firewalls
• Knowledge about ITIL
• Work in service/case management systems e.g. ServiceNow
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal, both in Swedish and in English
Desirable additional skills:
• Knowledge of and experience from Seeburger BIS is highly desirable
• Experience from other integration platforms and solutions
• Certificates and encrypted protocols such as SFTP, FTPS and HTTPS
• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft's monitoring tool SCOM, System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
