Palantir is a Swedish based growth company based in Stockholm and Oskarshamn. We are now looking to hire a new person to join our support team and help us to provide an excellent user experience for our customers.
You should be fluent in English and be able to write professional and academic texts and converse freely in English. Swedish language skills are a merit but are not mandatory as most of our customers do not speak Swedish anyway. We work with tech and IT, however you do not need to be tech-savvy to learn our software. You will be involved in system testing which means you will quickly learn the system inside and out. As a link between our tech team and the customer you need to be good at communicating, and know how to provide good customer service and want to put the customer first. You need to be able to work both as a team member and independently, and take on responsibility.
You can work from either our office in Bromma, Stockholm or in our Oskarshamn office. Palantir is a company that is expanding rapidly, thus both the company and the role may change over time.
Fluent written and spoken English (English as a first language is a plus)

Palantir Systems AB develops entity management software for multinational groups. We specialize in data collection of tax and legal entity data. Our main market has been the Nordic countries, but now we are expanding with new customers in markets such as Europe, the US, Africa and Asia.
