About Epiroc Financial Solutions (EFS)
Epiroc Financial Solutions is the group's competence center for Customer Finance, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance. Our organization consists of a global team of 20 individuals, 12 of whom are based in Sickla, Sweden. Our business systems team handles maintenance, support, improvements, and change management for 20 applications within Customer Finance and Trade Finance.
Your mission
As the Application & Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Epiroc's financing and lease systems are optimized to support our revenue goals and mitigate risks. Your responsibilities will include:
* System Development & Improvement: Lead the continuous development, enhancement, and support of our financing and lease systems, ensuring they meet business needs and deliver customer-driven solutions.
* Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of system-related projects, from identifying needs to successful implementation. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with local organizations to leverage their expertise and align systems with customer demands.
* Support & Maintenance: Ensuring that users receive the highest level of service and assistance.
* Process Optimization: Drive the implementation of best practices and standardized processes across all solutions.
* Supplier Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with system suppliers to ensure smooth operations and ongoing improvements.
* IT Collaboration: Work closely with IT department to ensure clear communication, precise requirements analysis, and effective implementation of solutions.
Your profile
We are looking for individuals who have previous experience in or a strong interest in customer finance. While an IT background is valuable, what we truly need is someone with hands-on experience from customer finance who understands the financial systems used in such environments. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of these systems and the ability to bridge the gap between finance and IT. We seek an organized individual with a genuine interest in complex systems and a passion for making them work efficiently. You should also have experience managing projects and be fluent in English, with proficiency in Swedish being an advantage.
Personal qualities are equally important. We are looking for someone who is positive, sociable, and a strong cultural fit for our organization. The ideal candidate should be clear and precise in their work, with a proven track record in similar roles. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this position.
Location and travel
This position can be located in Stockholm or Örebro, Sweden.
