hela Sverige We are looking for a skilled Application Expert to work for our client in Stockholm. Our client develops and operates one of the largest retail websites in the world.
You will work as a full-time consultant, employed by Barona but situated at the client's office. The start of the assignment is 2017-07-31 and will reach until 2018-08-31.
About the Job
As an Application Expert, you will work with a solution supporting the HR business processes when managers are hiring, moving or exiting people in their team. The objective for the system is also to make colleague data accessible to managers and other processes and systems within company. The system is as well intended to be a main component in the future solution providing access to digital services.
The solution is a cloud based global HR system based on SAP Success Factors / Employee Central. The maintenance solution will most likely grow during coming years, when a rollout project will do handover of more and more countries.
We are now looking for a person being both overall responsible for releases, as well as being an application expert of the Solution. As an Application Expert, you will coordinate and lead the release activities in a maintenance situation and secure that all stakeholders are involved and following the plan. The work often involves communication and coordination with offshore resources.
We are looking for the following skills:
• Experience of HR solutions and/or of master data initiatives
• Experience of coordinating and leading IT and business people
• Experience of leading and/or working with offshore teams
• Experience of cloud based solutions (SaaS)
• Visio, HP Service Now and ALM
• SAP Support Portal
About you
You have excellent communication skills and ability to make things happen. You like to work in a high-performing climate and have the ability to instruct and lead others.
We are looking for someone curious with many ideas and lots of experience from working effectively with modern websites. It is great if you have experience from working in mixed teams and with offshore teams. We value on-going personal development and improvements in our routines and we are open for new ideas to our processes.
