Our business area Packaging Paper is looking for an Application Development Manager who will work with packaging development in the segment of Bag Solutions which serves our customers, brand-owners and retailers with new packaging solutions on a global level. The Application Development Manager will be based at Gruvön Mill and report to the Application Development Director in Bag Solutions. The position is fixed term of 1 year, but with chance for renewal of agreement.
Job description
He/she will translate the end user needs into value based packaging solutions from white and brown machine finished (MF) and machine glazed (MG) product produced in Finland and Sweden. He/she will work with global packaging projects including different stakeholders from the value chain together with our Pack Lab in Sweden. He/she will manage the processes for user insight studies, packaging development projects and networking with packaging machine suppliers. He/she works in close collaboration with the application development team for Bag Solutions.
Qualifications
An technical University Education and preferably experience in similar tasks. You are fluent in Swedish and English, preferably more language skills.

Creative and you have an innovative thinking ability to co-operate and think new.
