Find your place in a fast-moving environment where you as Application Development (AD) Lead, has a key role to plan, lead and develop the area. You get the opportunity to contribute in exciting projects and management of situations of varying complexity.
We are looking for an AD Lead covering a vendor and/or global area, working closely together as a team together with the other AD Leads, AM Leads, ISR and a great team.
As AD lead you will work closely with Logistics business, vendors and H&M 's programs. The AD lead needs to be able to switch from coordinating others to understand operational details to support the Service. This requires high skills within communication, an analytic mind and a dedicated focus on solving problems.
You as AD Lead are important to succeed with our journey to strengthen application management capability, by aligning it closer to development for full service delivery responsibility. This role is new, meaning you will have the possibility to affect parts of its shape.
This is truly a global role where you also will have a lot of contact with local warehouses/logistic sites all around the world. The role will work closely with other functions, e.g. Global Logistics, 3 PL vendors and other IT entities.
Tasks and responsibilities
• Ensure stable operations delivered according to existing SLA, delivered by the vendor(s)
• Managing communication and relationship with our 3PL vendors
• Overall responsibility for deliveries according to the change and release process
Accountable for application business SLA
• Secure relationship with business in order to deliver and meet expectations
• Set goals and directions for the maintenance work and drive alignment between involved parties, e.g. other AD teams
• Manage communication and relationship with adjacent AD organizations
• Ensure from a governance perspective that we comply with H&M processes and implement new when they come
• Proactively lead the work for system and solution continues improvements, together with team and vendor
• Taking an active part in the strategic work with constant improvement of the AD function within HM IT
• Planning and prioritization of scope content and delivery status within each AD release together with stakeholders
• Make plans to develop the systems/services included in the maintenance situation so that business and IT's needs and requirements are met
• Responsibility for the development of the systems/services lives up to the expectations from ISR on results, quality and agreed improvements
• Be the "IT-partner" to the business side
• Support tender and contracting processes from an IT perspective
• Secure that new solutions are, from an IT-perspective: cost effective, highly maintainable and re-usable
• Be the "glue" between H&M and our vendors
• Work in close collaboration with new and existing vendors
• Report status and escalate to ISR 3PL
• Lead and coach the Requirement Analysts, Solution Architects, test roles
• Good leadership skills
• Experience Project Manager within project or/and maintenance steering
• Experience from working within Supply chain/Logistics
• Experience from Integrated Enterprise solutions
• Experience from of working with services and vendors
• Experience from working within a global organization
• Experience from software development project, standard system implementation and/or from Roll out of Global Solutions
• You are driven, well-structured in your work and excellent in fact based decision-making
• You have a holistic view and are proactive
• Good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in both English and Swedish
Some travelling will be part of this role.
