We are looking for a junior application and physics support to join the service department at our head office in Stockholm, Sweden.
The service department at RaySearch is an international and dynamic team of different backgrounds and skillsets, responsible for installation, support and training for customers. We offer an international work environment where we collaborate closely with our colleagues and distributors in the US, Europe and Asia/Pacific.
Working as application & physics support you are responsible for 1st line support to our customers, with focus on our treatment planning system, RayStation.
Customer support is handled through our web community, by email and by phone. Your primary tasks will be to conduct investigations of 1st line cases and you will carry responsibility for direct communication with the customer. You will make sure that questions and information is directed to the right persons within the company, escalate complex cases to senior support staff and ensure proper documentation in our CRM system.
Other work tasks include contributing to RaySearch's presence in the customer community by monitoring discussions and answer customer questions. You will also report customer complaints and work with distribution of patient safety related information.
This is an office based role, but some travel is required. The position is fulltime and working hours include evenings and weekends. Primary focus will be supporting the European market, but you will also work with colleagues in other regions of the world. Experience & Skills
Required:
• BSc or MSc degree in medical physics, dosimetry or similar
• Excellent English skills
Meriting:
• Experience of customer support
• Experience of sales support
• Clinical experience in radiotherapy
• Experience from the medical device industry in general and radiotherapy in particular
• Knowledge of Salesforce, or other case management systems
• Knowledge of Scandinavian languages
