We are right now looking for a committed and ambitious person who wants to help develop and build up the Finnish market at Anyfin!

To do's
• Ongoing work to develop service and communication for the better in the Finnish market.
• Workwith customer service towards the Finnish market where you answer customer questions via chat, mail, phone and on social media.
• From time to time call existing customers with information or questions.
• Over time, handle credit issues and cases of varying complexity.
Your profile
• Speak and write fluently in Finnish and English, merit if you speak good Swedish.
• Are driven and want to continue to develop in the company!
• Sees opportunities rather than problems.
• A big plus if you have previously worked in banking, credit or customer service.
