Job description:
The candidate should be a senior Java and Android developer, fully understand the various multi-threading concepts and know when and how to utilize the different Android application components and communication mechanisms.
Proficiency in Android UI and resource handling, as well as database access through SQLite and knowledge about Bluetooth and serial port programming from Java is essential.
Furthermore it would be beneficial to understand communication protocols in general.
If you on top of this also can consider be the teamleader for a small development team with acting scrummaster and make things happen, please don?t hesitate to apply!
Required competence:
• Master of Science in computer science, software engineering, electronic engineering or equivalent.
• Several years professional experience of Java and Android application evelopment
• Experience in reading system and UI specifications and to transform these into software modules/applications.
• Experience in Agile development models.
• Teamlead experience
• Scrummaster experience
• Knowledge in the Android platform.
• Knowledge in embedded SW development.
• Self driven problem solving individual taking full ownership.
• Ability to work independently, used to take own initiatives.
• Good communications skills and an excellent team-player
Start: 2013-01-21
Duration: 2013-07-31, with possibility for further extension.
Location: Lund
Work load: 100%
Working language: Swedish & English
