Right now, we're searching for a Analytics Engineer in our Stockholm office - are you ready to hit play on an exciting career change?

The role

As Analytics Engineer, you will contribute to our mission in the Product Area Attract, Acquire and Activate (AAA) . We own the first impression of Viaplay and create active customers of our service. Our mission is to connect entertainment relevant to them through a world class product and guide them towards consuming content they love. Optimization is the name of the game, and we are responsible for conversion metrics leading to continued growth of our subscriber base in all markets

As part of the product Area, you will play an important role in enabling multiple cross-functional teams to harness and measure the performance of our product and the engagement of our audience. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues and a range of stakeholders from across the business to maximize the value of their data.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop and test data-driven solutions that enable our team and stakeholders to analyze data and generate actionable insights for decision-making.

• Developing and maintaining analytic solutions that balance flexible self-service business with fast, maintainable data sets.

• Identifying ways of upholding quality of data processing, data analytics, and continuous integration.

• Liaising with data engineering and data analysis teams to develop structured and well-defined data sets.

• Work closely with marketing teams to support them with implementing and maintaining data tracking for their different marketing initiatives

• Build and maintain user-oriented dashboards and actionable data visualizations.

What we're looking for
We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that's why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, in order to thrive in this role, we do believe you'll have at least some experience in the following:

• Experience in implementing tags in a complex Google tag management setup, problem solving, and a good understanding of server-to-server tracking setups.

• Experience from working with an analytics tool (Google Analytics, Google Analytics 4)

• Experience of implementing reverse proxy solution (server-side tag management experience needed)

• Tracking implementation experience of ; Hotjar, Campaign Manager 360, Google Display & Video 360 , Search Ads 360 , Google Ads

It's a bonus if you have:

• Knowledge within Java scripts.
