Service Market Logistics is part of Group Trucks Operations. We are approximately 3,500 employees in over 40 locations globally and deliver world class operational excellence for our customers based on smart logistics solutions. Our job is to develop, manage and optimize the Service Market supply chain for all Volvo Group brands and Joint Ventures. The scope for Service Market Logistics includes Flow Optimization, Inventory Management, Distribution Center operations, Customs, Trade and Export Control as well as the development of logistics solutions to ensure highest possible parts availability, delivery precision and quality globally. In Customs, Trade & Export Control (CTEC) we deliver services enabling international trade from the classification of the product until the delivery of the product to the customer. As Analytics & Digitalization Specialist, you will drive and develop new digital ways of working within Customs & Trade as well as further develop the current platforms. You work closely with DigIT and other colleagues to be a part of the Customs and trade Data journey, connecting and developing the business needs into new solutions within our area. You facilitate and drive the digitalization journey including training and change management for users, maintenance, and further development of the solutions. In this position you report to the Head of Global Customs development team
This is how you can make an impact
You will:
Participate/drive the digital development in Customs, Trade & Export Control
Drive Digitalization and Automation roadmap
Explore new digitalization technologies, develop, maintain and train colleagues in digital tools (incl machine learning, modelling, automation etc)
Develop solutions to drive efficiency and increase quality. Define business requirements on needed IT solutions in collaboration with DigIT/Advanced Analytics
Lead the change within Customs & Trade towards new, more automated ways of working
Participate/drive digital and analytics networks, e.g. Advanced Analytics, SML Automation network, CTEC automation forum, Pulse-Lab explorations
Work on Data analysis, visualizations, KPI's

Who are you?
You have:
Good supply chain understanding including the importance of data in our flows
An innovative mindset and strong drive to improve
Knowledge in Machine Learning Techniques
In-depth programming knowledge (e.g Python, SQL)
Knowledge in Low Code/No Code Developments (Power Platform)
Data Engineering and Data Structures Understanding, able to work with structured and unstructured data
Deep data literacy - ability to understand and explain to other teams within the DigIT area
Statistical & Analytic skills with the ability to apply this in a business context
IT knowledge (incl VG applicable systems)
Scenario building skills and ability to explain to stakeholders
Lean thinking and Agile WoW
Supply Chain knowledge is a merit
Excellent proficiency in the English language is required
