Analyst - Sales Operations
The Business & Sales Operations team is the center of excellence for cross-business execution performance, planning and sales operations. The role of Sales Operations oversees multiple segments and departments within our customer organizations and is highly interactive with both Sellers and Managers. It implements companywide programs at a local level, drives pipeline discipline and operational excellence.
The daily schedule for this job is as follow:
• Data Maintenance - account cleanup activities;
• Opportunity & Annuity Management - renewal, annuity and pipeline management;
• Territory & Quota Management; Account transitions;
• Business Intelligence & Tools - internal tools training and landing, scenario-based analytics, reporting insights.
Top three must have skills:
• Advanced Excel skills - be able to build reports and drive analytics; PowerBI is an asset
• Have experience/background within Sales Operations, Sales Excellence and/or Finance
• Fluent in Microsoft productivity tools
The candidates we are looking for are fluent in English. You have already a Swedish work permit in place in order to be taken into considerations. You are curious, a self-learner, organized and someone who wants to understand how everything works. Three years of experience as a minimum.
The temp position as Analyst - sales operations has an end date, the 30th of June 2019 but with an option to extend until the 30th of August. The position is going to be based at our clients' Swedish office in Kista.
