The section NVH Attribute Leader Quality is responsible for developing cars fulfilling both customer demands and legal requirements. The NVH department Attribute Lead and Quality have three areas of responsibility. Attribute Leaders are the Project managers within NVH and are also responsible for the overall project NVH deliveries. The Quality team secure that in cycle products fulfil NVH requirements and guide the quality organisation in NVH matters. The Pass-by noise team secures our vehicles' legal compliance.
As Analysis Engineer NVH - Pass-by Noise you will be part of the department working with legal requirements related to NVH. This means understanding the different requirements from different countries, as well as understanding the needs for Volvo Cars products to fulfil these requirements. An important area of responsibility is to develop and improve the working methods both internally and towards the homologation authorities.
Main responsibilities
* Analyse and set requirements on project portfolio with respect to legal demands
* Participate in pass-by and other legal requirement measurements
* Lead the improvement/kaizen development of methods and guidelines
* Analyse the project content with respect to certification and Conformity of Production (CoP) needs
Required qualifications
* M.Sc. in engineering or equivalent work experience
* NVH work experience, preferably from exterior noise of vehicles
* Knowledge in Müller-BBM PAK, B&K Pulse and MS Office is an advantage
* Fluent in English, written and spoken
* Driving license B

* Analytical, good communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer focused and result-oriented
* Ability to work independently
* Sense of responsibility
