The section Active Safety Sensor and System Analysis & Verification today includes 15 persons. We are responsible for complete sensor and system verification for all customer functions related to collision avoidance or driver support such as City Safety and Adaptive cruise control.
Within active safety different sensor technologies are used, cameras, radars and laser sensors. Information from different sensors can be fused in order to improve information of the vehicle surroundings. As Analysis Engineer you will be responsible for sensor verification by making a mathematic representation (model) of the sensor performance based upon collected data.
Main responsibilities
• Develop mathematic methods and approaches how to model sensor performance
• Specify test strategies and tools
Required qualifications
• You have are PhD in computer vision
• You manage Matlab and one or more computer languages
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
• You have a valid drivers license due to field expeditions
• You have team leader experience
• You have some experience from automotive industry.

• You are analytical with an mathematic approach
• You are structured and focused on methodologies
• You are interested in measurement technologies and data analysis
• You like to lead teams and network
