About the Unit you will work within
Analog Design is a unit within product development unit Radio, which is providing the radio solutions for current and future needs of our mobile network operators, enabling the networked society where everything that benefits from being connected, will be connected. We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our team, which is interested, curious and engaged about learning more about the 5G future together with us.

You will be an important member of a design team working with systemization, design, integration and verification of the new products. We work in a global environment where we cooperate with Ericsson organizations and suppliers all over the world on a daily basis. You will also have the possibility to work with new experiments aiming for future products.
You, as the successful candidate
Are curious about learning and constantly developing, and are not afraid of communicating your creative ideas. You have a positive attitude and are willing to collaborate and use your problem solving skills and also be able to put your theoretical knowledge into practice.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
Analog RF design; link budget, line-up, schematics, layout
Systemize and define requirements on analog blocks and input to higher level radio requirements
Design verification in lab environment
Responsible for the design all the way from concept to released product
Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
MSc in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics or equivalent level of knowledge
5 years' experience of RF design
Good knowledge of relevant simulation tools and instruments
Experience from RF design with active components and design on frequencies above 6GHz is a merit
Self-driven and solution oriented
A creative and innovative mindset
Experience from working in a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication skills and fluent English language
