hela Sverige We are currently looking for a Tissue Technology oriented Agreement Manager to our Board, Paper and Tissue Services (BTS) Business unit in Services Business Line. You will be a member of our Global BTS Life Cycle Services team. The position is preferably located in Karlstad, Sweden, but other Valmet locations are also an option.

Your main tasks and responsibilities include:
Managing our Performance Agreements - Life cycle services and step-by-step improvement programs designed to improve and maintain the customer's competitiveness and profitability throughout the mill operations. These long-term agreements are always tailor-made according to the customer's needs and set targets.
Support our Global & Area Organizations in Performance Agreement sales and delivery projects
Production line studies & audits to develop production line efficiency and generate improvement ideas
Tissue making process technology support to agreement customers
To be successful in this role we expect you to have:
M.Sc. or B.Sc. in relevant technology, e.g. paper or process
At least 5 years' experience in Tissue making industry or in sales.
Pro-active team leading & people management skills
Capability manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience of working in customer interface and knowledge
Good networking and collaboration skills and previous experience on working in global matrix organization
Ability to quickly build relationships and achieve results both individually and as part of a team
In addition, you communicate fluently in Swedish and English - other language skills will be a benefit. You have also excellent communication and negotiations skills which enables you to operate in global business environment & customer interface between Valmet and the customer. IT and automation skills would be highly appreciated since we are developing and adding Industrial Internet capabilities to our offering. Willingness to travel globally is also essential.
