But we're not stopping there, our goal is to be the world's most used email marketing service for small businesses.
Your main focus will be...
Oversee our software development projects and manage them according to agile methods.Making sure everything runs smoothly and helps us achieve our goal.
More specifically, during your first year your main focus will be:
• Plan sprints and support our remote development team by enhancing our agile processes, facilitates meetings and making sure everything runs as optimal as possible
• Manage outsourcing projects, making sure we have good specifications and that we get results delivered timely, with high quality and according to specifications
• Making sure all our documentation is up to date and contains everything that is relevant
• Manually test developed software to ensure high quality and functionality according to specifications/user stories
• Coordinate and make sure communication, documentation and marketing is in place as needed before a product update is released
Skills and experience needed for this job
You have a proven track record of managing remote teams using agile methods successfully. Are used to work in small organizations where resources are limited and lots of creativity is needed. Ageneral technical understanding is expected and experience as a developer would be very helpful.
