The department Supporting Process IT supports Global Scania operations with IT solutions within the sections of Finance, Purchasing, Human Relations and D365 / ERP platform. Covering the whole lifecycle; from requirement analysis to implementation and production. Scania's business is changing over time and we are on a journey phasing out older applications and implementing new technology, replacing local solutions with a global solutions. We have co-operation with our colleagues within VW and Traton. We are moving towards technologies as SaaS, AWS cloud solutions and microservices architecture.

This journey has created the need for an internal journey to become even more agile, cross-functional and close to the end users. We are now looking for a skilled Agile Coach to inspire and develop our team for an inspired and effective transition!

Your Responsibility

As an Agile Coach at Scania IT your main responsibility will be to completely transform the way we work with our business and IT development by continuously improve the agile maturity of the organization, including the managements agile and servant leadership.

You'll be coaching 13 managers in a department with about 150 IT-professionals, and help us to further establish the agile mindset in our organizations team culture and daily work flow. Your aim should be to build an effective organization with self-organized, high-performance teams that are aligned to Scania's Core Values and delivers the highest quality that Scania strives for.

Your challenges will be to improve team and cross-team collaboration, proactively drive continuous improvements, challenge the team's current way of working by encouraging experimentation. Throughout the transformational journey, you will balance effectively the need for operational hands-on work and overarching strategic coaching as the teams matures.

Your Profile

In this recruitment we are mainly looking for a professional and passionate Agile Coach with more than 3 years of Agile Transformation experiences in a Nordic country. Ideally, you have a successful experiences from coaching IT-development teams working with Agile methods. Experience in change management and organizational change is preferred. We would also like to see that you have a relevant education within the IT-field or equivalent experience, and certificates within Agile methodologies.

• Directly and continuously coach teams in agile ways of working and contribute to developing agile maturity in the organization.
• Work closely with and coach our leaders and co-workers in Agile and Servant leadership.
• Facilitate workshops to define and design value flows in our team's work.
• Creating a climate where innovation is a given factor and where our new ways of working can develop and continuously improve.
• Comfortably adapt your leadership skills to different situations and types of individuals, teams and roles on all levels in the organization
• Build and maintain relations with stakeholders from business and IT.
• Be an ambassador for Agile work processes by proactively inspiring and sharing knowledge with others.
• Implement SCRUM and Kanban methods.

As a person you are an excellent coach capable of engaging people and building relationship, with a proactive, passionate and flexible mindset. It comes natural to you lead people through change and constantly challenge the way people work in order to create value for your team members. As a leader, you communicate expectations clearly and know that feedback is vital in driving the development of both teams and individuals.
