We are looking for an Agile Coach for our Development department in Stockholm.

By using your excellent communication skills to share your vision, you will help to create brilliant deliveries from the team. Our agile development teams are home to a variety of different skills, nationalities and personalities. We have one thing in common though ? the passion to succeed together.
About the role
As an Agile Coach you will work with the different departments within Development; game studios, platform teams and managers. Continuous improvement in the development process as well as how we grow our people will be in focus. You will help the teams take steps towards the Development departments long-term goal. You will take an active role in our agile community to coach the scrum masters, POs, managers and everyone wanting to grow their skills.
Your main tasks include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and facilitate initiatives in support of the continuous Lean/Agile transformation.
• Challenge & facilitate the continuous development and optimization of NetEnt?s processes.
• Develop new and existing staff in Lean/Agile methodologies and facilitate workshops.
• Be a Coach of coaches/scrum masters/POs
• Working with a team to observe current state and help them find their way to the wanted state
• Challenge ways of working to find better ways
• Encourage learning
Skills we expect for success
We believe that the ideal candidate has very good leadership skills and an excellent ability to motivate others, paired with analytical and administrative skills. You should also have a high level of energy, enthusiasm and self-motivation. Furthermore you always want to understand the bigger picture of what we are trying to accomplish when managing a project. You are intuitive and possess a genuine passion for helping teams and individuals to grow.
Your desired skills are:
• Hands-on experience working as an Agile Coach, Agile PO or Scrum Master with software development teams.
• Experience using a combination of lean and agile practices to help teams to succeed and organizations to evolve.
• Ability to work with both established and newly formed teams, challenging and supporting them to continuously improve.
• Fluency in English
