We are now looking for an assistant to join our team. As an assistant, your duties will mainly consist of providing service internally within the company as well as to our customers in Sweden and abroad. The duties will include responsibility for internal bookings and scheduling, responsibility for office supplies at the office and having external contact with our customers in Sweden and outside of Sweden for booking meetings and provide other services.
We believe that you are a responsible and careful person who is service-oriented. It is easy for you to collaborate with other people and to learn new things. We also believe that you have a good sense of order and structure.
Because of the language needs of our clients a prerequisite is that you are proficient in English and Arabic in both speech and writing.
