Our Client is an American public multinational corporation that develops, manufactures, licenses, and supports a wide range of products and services predominantly related to computing through its various product divisions.

Venezu is a temp and recruitment agency that works exclusively with B2B companies in the ICT industry. We focus on the Nordic market and we are looking for motivated and skilled candidates that fit the innovative and can-do environment of our customers. We are now looking for a:
Administrative Specialist & Coordinator

The role has a wide scope and allows you to create an extensive network with multiple stakeholders, both in Sweden as well as internationally. You will work in close collaboration with manager and leadership teams supporting the daily rhythm of the business and govern business revenue streams. You will be working with adhoc initiatives in balance with a set of recurring scope that you run on a regular basis.

The administrative specialist & coordinator will

• Support segment lead and business manager with day to day activities, as well as being point of contact for the segment lead.
• Be part of the Segment leadership team and manage a wide variety of tasks aligned to business needs and the daily operations.
• Mange a business critical internal revenue stream. You will be responsible for process improvement, planning, forecasting and execution.
• Manage a set of monthly revenue and KPI checks.
• Arrange and coordinate all internal and external segment events and activities
• Manage onboarding of new hires.
• Orchestrate and manage invoice collection process and own dialogue with suppliers.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Can-do attitude
• Interested to grow and develop in role
• Excel interest is a plus
• Interested in understanding overall business

Top 3 must-have hard skills:

• Communicative with coordination skills
• Structured and detailed
• Admin skills

The candidates we are looking for are fluent in English. You have already a Swedish work permit in place. You are curious, a self-learner, organized and someone who wants to understand how everything works.

The temp position as Administrative specialist & coordinator has an end date, the 30th of June 2019 but with an option to extend. The position is going to be based at our clients' Swedish office in Kista and the start date is the 2nd of January 2019.
