What you will be doing
Reporting to the Head of Accounting, you will be playing a pivotal role on a small and close-knit Finance team. You will provide support to the Finance team being responsible for the following areas:
Accounts payable in the system Exflow which is integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Assess correctness and set/check approval schemes for invoices before sending them out to approvers.
Payments to suppliers and handling of supplier reminders etc.
Payments of taxes, VAT and employer declaration
Book incoming payments from customers
Supply CFO with aged receivables continuously
Send customer reminders
Minor re-invoicing of expenses
Book accruals and prepayments
VAT reconciliation and sending VAT return.
Overall voucher bookings of salaries, fixed assets, depreciation, vacation debt and other current vouchers during the month and closing of the books vouchers in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Month end accounts regarding parent company and one of the subsidiaries and suppling Head of accounting with month end figures and documents
Other ad hoc assignments
Who are you
To succeed in the role we think you have:
Proven working experience within accounting
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
A can do attitude
Great interpersonal and communications skills
Preferably experience from Microsoft Dynamics 365
University degree in Accounting or Finance
