Job Description
We are strengthening our Treasury Services department. Are you the one with an open, positive and active attitude who wants to become part of our team to help us achieve our goals?
In Treasury Services we are supporting Vattenfall's goal to become fossil free in one generation. We are doing this in our team by connecting our business to the banks and taking care of all topics related to our bank accounts and the processes around this. Treasury Services is one of the departments of Finance Business Support, Vattenfall's financial shared service center taking care centrally of the financial needs of our business. We take a leading role in the setup of Vattenfall's financial operations.
You will be greeted by a motivated and engaged team of finance professionals who will support you with development and knowledge and get the opportunity to work with colleagues with a passion for enabling Vattenfall's banking and payments processes to be best in class
About the position
In your role as Accounting Employee you be responsible for administrative tasks related to payments and banking as per below:
Deliver services with high quality in a timely manner according to processes, guidelines and policies
Daily operations regarding investigations, problem solving, urgent payments, both manual and file based payments.
Payments and controls in our In-house Bank
Reporting liquidity flows for cash forecasting purposes
Actively take part in systematic improvement work in the daily operations and systems
Identify process improvements and work with those together with application expert and process specialist.
Ensure that common processes are adhered to and support the development in accounting processes and systems.
Be back-up for controls that process expert/process specialist execute within Treasury Services.
Take an active part in development projects and innovations within FBS as well as for our part in group wide projects.
Contribute to have good relationship and good service towards internal customers and external parties andour BPO provider.
Together with colleagues be the contact person towards banks and our Business Areas
Qualifications
You identify yourself with the following:
Able to communicate very well in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
Relevant degree within accounting or other comparable education
2-3 years of experience of work in high transactional operations
Basic understanding of Vattenfall's business and operations
Good understanding of Treasury Services' processes and activities.
Experience in SAP is an advantage
Experience in banking tools is an advantage
Good knowledge of Excel is an advantage
Personal characteristics
As a person, you are have a keen eye for detail and take responsibility to see things through. You are proactive and can identify problems and actively seek solutions. You enjoy belonging to, and working in, a team but can also work independently.

Moreover you have the ability to work in large and complex organization as well as handle both internal and external interfaces effectively.
