You will contribute to our transformation journey to achieve operational excellence in all aspects of the finance function.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Be part of Group Finance and CFO Office transformation journey and supporting Swedbank's strategic development agenda
Work as a contact person between different stakeholders that have business domain knowledge
Be part of a team that is working with product and process development related to the accounting of financial instruments
Together with colleagues be responsible of defining, validating, and implementing accounting requirements produced together with Subject Matter Experts
What is needed in this role:
Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
5 years' experience from accounting of financial instruments
Strong stakeholder management and good communication skills
Experience from the finance industry with good business understanding
Open-minded, pro-active and a willing to learn
Self-driven and taking initiatives with a solution-oriented mindset
Experience from documenting requirements and test participation and coordination
Analytical thinking
Familiarity with tools, frameworks, and processes in Swedbank's technology ecosystem is a merit
