hela Sverige Now there is an opportunity for you to be part of building the new subway in Stockholm. At Itinera, one of Europe's largest construction companies, we are currently looking for two Accounting Assistants to join our team. One position is a permanent role with a six-month probation period and the other is a parental leave cover. Both positions are expected to start as soon as possible. You will be part of a finance team consisting of two colleagues, led by the Chief Accountant.

Main Responsibilities as an Accountant
Post supplier invoices and accruals in SAP.
Check the accuracy of invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Prepare supplier payments according to payment terms.
Reconcile supplier statements of accounts.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Support internal and/or external audits.
Help prepare ad-hoc reports.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is either at the beginning of their career or has a few years of experience as an Accounting Assistant. You should have a degree in finance or an equivalent qualification.
For this position, you need to be able to express yourself fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English. Significant emphasis will be placed on your personality and your ability to create and maintain networks and good working relationships.
