Account management Sweden

We are expanding the team of account management and are looking for new colleagues for the role of an Account Manager for Sweden. Placed in our Swedish organization in Stockholm you will drive the adoption of solutions for efficient purchasing and source-to-pay solutions in large companies, while at the same time using your entrepreneurial spirit to take an active part in continuing building our company.

Your role

You will be in an important role in Capgemini IBX Business Network as you will be part of the account management team - a primary function is to sell our solutions and related services to existing customers in Sweden. You will

 Be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing in line with dedicated revenue goals  to existing customers
 Establish and maintain relationships with key client and decision makers within assigned accounts.
 Form strategic account plans including customer profiles, targeted programs, application descriptions, forecast reports, and action items.
Develop and maintain technical and marketing knowledge of the entire IBX Business Network Platform
Develop, share and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all key competitors
Be responsible for sales reporting, manage sales budget,
Participate in marketing and sales events, build and develop the practice

Your base will be the Capgemini office in Stockholm.

Your profile

Capgemini IBX Business Network is looking for top talent with knowledge of purchasing platforms and services, and an ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.

The successful candidate is a pro-active, results driven team-player coupled with a strong business mindset. You are an energetic, open-minded person  with the following background and competencies:

You have an academic degree
You have an in-depth knowledge of Procurement solutions
You preferable have knowledge of solution selling, software sales or sales of IT services/solutions, and possess excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills
You aim for a deep customer understanding
You have a deep understanding of business, products/services, the market and the needs/challenges of assigned accounts
You possess strong problem solving and analytical skill
You plan and manage your own and other resources efficiently.
You have excellent people management skills
You have excellent project management skills
You have excellent communication and presentation skills
