Job summary:
As Account Manager you are at the center of Inex One. Your job is to help our users get a fantastic user experience. With a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, you'll work closely with the world's leading investment funds, strategy consulting firms, hedge funds, market research firms and blue-chip corporations, making sure that they are satisfied and get the most out of the platform.
Your main responsibilities:
Build and manage strong relationships with Inex One's clients and suppliers (expert networks and survey providers)
Develop an understanding of typical business challenges faced by clients and suppliers
Grow accounts by expanding usage within organizations, ensure that all users get good benefit from the platform
Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, growth opportunities and design plans for developing helpful tools
Work closely with the technical, product and sales teams to continue to improve user experience

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Holds a Bachelor or Master's degree
Experienced within Customer Success, Account Management or Sales, ideally in the expert network, survey or research space
Have a high energy level, social and outgoing, enjoy meeting new people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict and foster honest dialog
Comfortable adapting to new opportunities and change, and like taking initiative and drive projects
Creative problem-solver
Have full professional proficiency in English, other languages are a plus
