hela Sverige We are looking for an Account Manager with an established record of generating revenue through strong, long-term customer relationships as well as a deep interest and passion for SasS solutions, aviation, and innovation.

As an Account Manager, your focus will be to grow long-term, strategic relationships with existing accounts while leveraging those relationships to find new revenue opportunities. Your consultative approach and refined customer service skills will ultimately help the industry work more effectively, one customer at a time. What you 'll do
• Manage a defined territory with a portfolio of 125+ accounts and build strong relationships with those customers to maintain a high rate of subscription renewals
• Deliver on revenue targets and execute according to Avinode 's best practices and processes
• Analyze customer engagement within our platform and use influential skills to recommend solutions and change user behavior in an effort to maximize subscription value for the Member
• Maintain a high level of customer service to build trust, gather feedback, and enhance the overall customer experience as well as support the account with day to day needs
• Increase customer entanglement by upselling them on various solutions within Avinode 's ecosystem of products
• Cross-sell other products within the Avinode Group by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue with new and existing customers
• Participate in internal project teams that range from product development to event coordination
• Work in an open and fast-paced office environment where knowledge is being transferred on a continual basis
Who You Are
• A seasoned, tech-savvy sales representative with experience in SaaS B2B selling
• Numbers-driven and passionate about sales
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiating skills through effective communication
• Fluent in the English language without any restrictions
• Analytical and a critical thinker - you use both data, member feedback and team input as a basis of your assessments and recommendations
• Adaptive to different customer personalities while being able to find commonality to establish trust and a productive working relationship
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, energetic, and able to thrive in a high-performing organization
• Strong believer that customer service is a driving component of customer success
• Outgoing, genuine personality that can make a good first impression
• Embracing of a dynamic work environment and industry, where change is the only constant
• Never satisfied - you are constantly looking to improve both yourself and the business by experimenting and trying new approaches and tools
• Able to work from the Gothenburg Office daily with 20% domestic work travel
