You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
You will liaise between customers and our technical team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Responsible for selling towards Banking & Finance / Gaming & Cloud / IOT and other related services/industries.

As a Account Manager at COVR Security you are in constant contact with clients. You turn leads into projects and ensure long-term success for our clients. We are looking for a person with at least 3 years experience in project management and knowhow in working with both technical teams and customers.

Proven experience in technical sales
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
