Description
Are you goal oriented and have a passion for doing business?
We are looking for a driven Account Manager with project management skills to join the Business Development team in our Nordic Market Company. You will drive sales of our full portfolio to both existing accounts and to new prospects. You will be the leader of a cross functional account team that will identify and capture short, medium and long term business opportunities to build strong customer relationship and achieve sustainable growth.
Your responsibility includes developing and driving execution of existing account and business development plans aligned to Tetra Pak and customer business objectives. Further to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner and that the relevant Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed in full.
In this position 50% is account management and 50% is new business development. Both equally important.
The position is located in Lund, Sweden. You should expect to travel approximately 30% of the time.
Main responsibilities
• Drive the development and execution of your Account Management plan
• Participate in the development and drive parts of the execution of the Business Development plan
• Agree on shared objectives and targets with the customer, drive mutual sustainable growth
• Secure accurate Sales Forecasting for assigned Accounts
• Map pertinent food industry and identify business opportunities
• Contact prospects, develop understanding of customer needs and drive opportunities
• Develop networks and awareness about new products and new segments
Qualifications
To be a successful candidate you should have a Bachelor Degree in Commercial, Marketing or Technical disciplines or similar. You have at least 5 years of commercial experience ideally within the food and/or liquid food industry. Broad technical experience of production & manufacturing, ideally within food and/or liquid food industry is an advantage.
As a person you are result oriented, driven and have an ability to inspire and motivate others. You have excellent communication and presentation skills. You possess strong customer understanding based upon direct customer contact and customer relationship. You can effectively cope with change and know how to creatively solve problems.
You are fluent in both written and oral in Swedish and English.
