Work Description
We are looking for an Account Executive in logistics for one of our clients, Buffalo Ranch, and their Swedish office at Lidingö, Stockholm.
ROLE
• The role of the Nordic Account Executive is to manage Buffalo Ranch's Nordic accounts. This executive will work with customers in the Nordic countries as well as suppliers in the USA.
TASKS
• Manage Buffalo Ranch products from the time of order until warehouse delivery to Sweden
• Organize logistics of company including a team of in-store merchandisers
• Organize logistics to 100+ individual stores in Sweden, as well as to central distribution channels in Sweden, Denmark and Norway
• Enter all products into AXAPTA / DYNAMICS AX system and keep track of product inventory
• Manage suppliers in the USA and shipping of products from USA to Europe
• Review all duties, customs and VAT on products entering the EU from the USA and make sure all supplier invoices match to receipts from customs officials
• Make sure all deliveries of products are scheduled on time to customers
• Keep note of all delays in deliveries if applicable
• Manage all incoming orders from all customers; be aware of all product inventory and inform management of needs when running low of product
• Manage Trade Solution Norway
• Keep informed of all national government legislation pertaining to imports, customs, etc. in all Nordics
• Monitor all tax applied on arrival with accountants in all Nordics
• Monitor all requirements as issued by Svensk Sigill, KIWA and other authoritative bodies
• Monitor that all product weight, measurement changes etc. are updated in AXAPTA / DYNAMICS AX
• Monitor all conversions of product from USA to EUR pallets and product is maintained
• Monitor all incoming and outgoing product numbers by batch number, update in AXAPTA / DYNAMICS AX
• Assure all EAN numbers are continually updated into GS1 system and packaging EAN numbers are correct
• Enter all EANs to Validoo and monitor Validoo
• Monitor expiration date of all products
• Manage all product recalls
• Make monthly reports on Buffalo Ranch sales according to AC Nielsen reporting
• Make sure all customers are receiving products in a timely manner and orders are fulfilled correctly and updated in AXAPTA / DYNAMICS AX system
You will get hired as a consultant with Manpower for this assignment. Employment directly with the client might be possible further on for the right person.
Who are you?
• Education in logistics or similar area and at least 2 years of experience
• Fluency in Swedish and English, Danish strongly recommended, Norwegian is a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with EU customs, Danish customs a plus
• Familiarity working with GS1 and Validoo systems and AC Nielsen
• Experience from AXAPTA / DYNAMICS AX system
• Experience within food industry
• Experience working with large supermarket chains in Denmark, Norway and Sweden
