In our Stockholm Office we are looking for people to join our team as
ACCOUNT DIRECTOR MARKETING SERVICES
As Account Director you will manage multiple lines of business within a single client relationship or across multiple clients. Through your profound understanding of marketing and business objectives in the digital marketing space, you will develop and drive high-level strategic business plans to create groundbreaking marketing solutions for clients. You will manage efforts to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets as well as manage internal resource allocation and costs towards profitability. In addition, you will support company financial goals by growing accounts and nurturing new relationships.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as single point of accountability for a determined set of client relationships
• Develop and cultivate relationships with clients at the most senior levels
• Understand the unique opportunities and challenges of the clients? markets
• Stay abreast of trends in the digitally enabled world and how they affect clients? business and marketing initiatives
• Drive strategic initiatives for clients towards specific measurable business goals
• Responsible for commercial contributions towards company growth as well as account profitability
• Manage client expectations, internal communications with project team and external communication with vendors, media partners
• Generate project and creative briefs to illustrate the essential elements of a project including objectives, strategies, target audience, background, and executional consideration
• Develops case studies on clients? business
EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES:
• Bachelor's degree
• Profound experience of account management in an agency environment
• Strong digital media and online marketing background a must
• Significant client executive experience with primary accountability for peer-level client relationships on board levels
• Accountability for annual budget or client revenue of 10+ M SEK
• Experienced with multiple campaign lifecycles from business development to final delivery
• Experience of design as well as campaigns creation and management
• Experience leading teams with multiple discipline representation (especially technology, creative and planning)
• Open to frequent overnight travel and work at client site
