CPP/NCI PLM now seek Customer Support Engineers for our Customer Support Team and we are looking for persons that are highly interested in giving our customers the best support by technical Trouble-shooting and quick problem resolutions.
About CPP/NCI PLM
PDU RCI, CPP/NCI PLM have the maintenance and support responsibility for the released CPP and NCI products and the responsibility to provide Technical Support and Trouble-shooting to problems that our customers experience with our product. We have a mission to ensure customer satisfaction which includes many challenging customer interactions. Our core competence is the product, how it behaves, how you handle it, how the customers use it and how to troubleshoot.
Our products are used in WCDMA, LTE and Media Gateway.
Job description
We now seek Customer Support engineers for our Support Team and we are looking for persons that are highly interested in giving our customer the best support by technical Trouble-shooting and problem solution. It is also a merit to have hands-on test experience within CPP/NCI based products within RCI, or experience from WCDMA, LTE or MGW.
You will be involved in activities such as:
• CSR handling by Troubleshooting and Analysis of log files from customer networks
• Technical member of Task Forces for difficult problems
• Problem analysis and Improvements definition
• Technical support to SW/HW Roll-outs in customer networks
• Participate in System test of new features for learning purposes
You will work as part of a global Support team located in Kista, Sweden, but interact with the whole world.
Wanted features:
• Master of Science or similar level of education
• Good communication skills
• Good sense of urgency and customer mindset
• Understanding of the big picture
• Open minded and analytical capability
• A driven and flexible personality
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Team player with own drive to meet deadlines and be focused on results and quality is essential
• Have an interest to constantly learn and share your new findings
• IP technology is key component in CPP and as we are moving to ?All IP? you will be involved in support of our product in IP networks.

About PDU RCI
PDU RCI is a global organization with people in Kista, Croatia, India, Russia and China. It is a unit containing core assets in telecom platforms and common modules used for WCDMA, MGW, GSM and LTE. The major platforms within the unit are CPP, RCS and BBI containing both the execution environment, middleware and software tools for development and trouble shooting. Key components developed by CPP are the control system, network synchronization, switching, signaling and transport over IP and ATM.
