We provide policy relevant knowledge with a Nordic, European and Arctic perspective. Our main clients are policymakers and government officials at national and regional authorities in the Nordic countries, the European Union, as well as private and public stakeholder organisations. Nordregio has a multi-disciplinary international staff, and is located in the attractive surroundings of Skeppsholmen in the heart of Stockholm, Sweden. The institute was established in 1997 by the Nordic Council of Ministers, and is built on nearly 50 years of Nordic collaboration. It offers significant career development potential in terms of enhancing your international network of contacts in the policy and academic fields.
Dina arbetsuppgifterNordregio is currently seeking to expand its base of senior level research staff. It is also relevant to inform that we are using quantitative methods embedded in different GIS tools. . Rural development, including policy analysis, evaluation of regional programmes or structural funds, and innovation issues related to rural and sparsely populated areas, incl. social innovation and entrepreneurship.
